Like many of you, I’ve been trying to keep up with everything COVID-19, but finally sat down to get a new post out. We’ve been sitting on this one for a while now and think it is particularly useful as much of the country shuts down to prevent the spread. Make the most of it and improve your health!
Note that I do have an affiliate relationship with BeachBody and that this post was written by Mrs. FrugalStu, with minor edits by Mr. FrugalStu.
Sticking With A Workout Can Be Tough
I started doing Beach Body when I bought the Insanity DVDs a decade ago. I started a few times, but could never get past the 3rd week due to injuring my ankle or knee. I usually pulled it out a couple times a year, and never got serious about working out.
About 3 years ago I decided it was time to finally do Insanity again, but actually finish it this time. It kicked my butt, but let me tell you, I got in great shape! (and this was about 9 months post-partum).
To avoid injury, I exercised every other day, and one of my best friends committed to joining me. During this time I learned about Beach Body on Demand. I had the Insanity DVDs, but I decided to give it a try; and OH MY! It is SO worth it!
